HOME WORKOUT CHALLENGE 1!

I know that a lot of us are stuck at home right now, so I wanted to set everyone a little challenge. Nothing too crazy, and definitely something everyone can try. The picture shows the different starting levels so it's suitable for beginners or the more advanced.

Once you've picked your starting point, try to hold that position for 10 seconds. If that's too much, drop to 5, if it's harder extend it to 20 or even 30 seconds.

Perform this exercise everyday. On every 3rd day, extend your time by 5 seconds. The challenge ends on Friday 3rd April. I'd love to hear from you if you're taking part, and I look forward to seeing how you progress.
